Please follow the standard protocol to ensure the safety of your and our staff, as well as to guard against cross-contamination.

  • All impressions, bites, try-ins and anything else that may have come in contact with a patient, either directly or indirectly, should be gently and thoroughly rinsed with water to remove blood and saliva.

  • It should be sprayed with an appropriate disinfectant and set aside for 10 minutes.

  • The clean and disinfected items are to be placed in the zip-sealed biohazard bags provided by our lab.

  • The written prescription should be placed separately in the side pocket.

  • Then the bag can be placed in a box, case pan, or transport bag for pick up or mailing.
